Adding Sculpin to nixpkgs

I recently created a pull request to add Sculpin to nixpkgs.

All the CI pipeline checks are passing, and I'm using the same setup for some of my Sculpin websites to test it.

Hopefully it will be reviewed by a maintainer soon and I can add Nix contributor to my CV.
