I'm a Sculpin contributor

I'm a long-time user of the Sculpin static site generator.

I created a Sculpin skeleton project in November 2014 and used it to rebuild my website in March 2015.

It was a way for me to easily learn and use Twig before Drupal 8's release, and I've given Sculpin presentations at meetups and conferences - including Valentine's Day 2024 at PHP South West in Bristol.

I've used it for client projects and DrupalCamp websites, and it was one of the things I showed to 40 BTEC Computing students at Reading College.

I'm happy to say I'm now a contributor to the project after two pull requests I submitted were approved and merged.

Some code style issues are fixed, and Sculpin now has a Nix flake for local development that creates a reproducible environment for all contributors.

I'd like to do more open source contributions in 2026, and Sculpin is a project I'd definitely like to contribute to again.
